Main responsibilities:
● Welcome our loyal customers and handle ski equipment rentals
● Assess customer needs to ensure a personalised and precise boot fit
● Carry out technical adjustments: heat moulding, custom insole moulding, advanced bootfitting and shell modifications
● Advise customers on choosing the right ski boots based on their foot shape, skiing ability and needs
● Maintain Goitschel Sport's high standards of quality and premium customer service
● Work closely with the sales and rental teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience

Requirements:
● Passionate about the mountains, winter sports and technical equipment
● Previous bootfitting experience is essential
● Good knowledge of different ski boot brands and product ranges
● Strong attention to detail, excellent listening skills and a commitment to personalised customer service
● Good command of English (essential) to communicate with an international clientele
● Enjoy working as part of a team and sharing knowledge and expertise
● Able to handle busy periods with professionalism, efficiency and a positive attitude
Bootfitter Skimium Sport Emotion - POSITION FILLED

You are passionate, motivated and curious. Your strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal abilities and commercial mindset are some of your key strengths. Our fully equipped Bootfitting area provides an ideal working environment. Located in our store right in the heart of the resort, you will work with both local and international customers, including ski lift and mountain resort professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise customers.
- Adjust and customise ski boots: bootfitting, insoles, shimming, etc.
- Assist with stock management and equipment maintenance.
- Provide support with ski rental operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 seasons of Bootfitting experience and/or specialised training.
- Good knowledge of ski equipment.
- Strong customer service skills, independence and a team-oriented mindset.
- English required (international resort).

Bootfitting Manager - Skiset Olympic Sport Café
Position: Bootfitting Manager, 6-month fixed-term contract starting in November.
Position: Bootfitting Manager, 6-month fixed-term contract starting in November.
Responsibilities: Fitting and production of custom insoles and injected liners, ski boot shell modifications, footwear sales, customer advice, team management, as well as involvement in purchasing decisions and product testing.
The Store: A recently renovated, modern retail space.
Ideal Candidate: An experienced Bootfitting expert with management experience, able to work independently and take initiative.
