- Master advanced foot anatomy and foot morphotypes.
- Understand common running injuries and pathologies, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Be able to interpret data from both static and dynamic analysis tools.
- Produce 100% custom insoles and perform insole grinding and finishing.
- Identify runner profiles and movement preferences, and match them with the most appropriate comfort solutions.
- Understand and apply Shoefitting solutions, including shoe modifications.
- Be able to offer custom insole solutions in-store.
- Have a mechanical or digital foot measurement system.
- Have successfully completed the Running Red Training.
