Learning Objectives
- Understand the construction of a ski boot and the different fit volumes.
- Understand the different foot types, their main issues and possible solutions, always with the aim of improving comfort.
- Measure the foot and assess the fit volume in order to recommend suitable ski boots.
- Understand the different stages of the rental process, from customer reception to completion: welcome, ski boots, ski equipment, accessories, etc.
- Be able to recommend personalised additional comfort sales: insoles, socks, protective products, accessories and services.
